By using ListingImage.app, creating an account, purchasing credits, or generating images, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Description of Service
ListingImage.app provides AI-assisted tools for creating Amazon listing images, design mockups, infographics, lifestyle images, A+ content concepts, and related creative assets.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Credits and Purchases
Credits are used to generate image assets within the app. Credit pricing, packages, and usage amounts may change over time. Credits have no cash value and may only be used inside ListingImage.app.
5. Refunds
Due to the digital and usage-based nature of AI image generation, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If there is an issue with a purchase or account, contact support for review.
6. User Content
You are responsible for any product information, images, prompts, ASINs, brand details, or other content you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use any content you upload or provide.
7. Generated Images
Generated images may be used for product listing mockups, creative direction, and commercial purposes. However, you are responsible for reviewing all outputs for accuracy, compliance, legal use, and platform requirements before publishing.
8. Amazon Disclaimer
ListingImage.app is an independent creative tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or owned by Amazon. You are responsible for ensuring your images follow Amazon’s current listing policies and requirements.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ListingImage.app to create unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content, or to violate the rights of others.
10. AI Output Limitations
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, misspellings, layout issues, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee that generated images will be error-free, compliant with marketplace rules, or suitable for every use case.
11. Service Availability
We may update, pause, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the app.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListingImage.app is not liable for lost sales, listing issues, rejected content, marketplace penalties, lost data, or other indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the service.
